Customer Responsibilities

Service Suitability

Not every surface or condition is appropriate for high-pressure cleaning. Pressure Pro Washing may use, recommend, modify, or decline a cleaning method based on material, age, condition, access, safety, risk of damage, manufacturer guidance, or project scope.

Roof Cleaning

Roof-cleaning requests are evaluated by roof material, condition, access, staining, and the cleaning method considered appropriate. Not all roofs will be pressure washed.

Right to Decline or Stop Work

Pressure Pro Washing may decline, postpone, modify, or stop work that appears unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, outside the offered scope, materially different from the request, likely to create unreasonable risk, or likely to damage the property or surface.

Scheduling and Weather

Preferred dates and times are requests only until confirmed. Scheduling may be affected by weather, surface conditions, equipment availability, access, safety, prior jobs, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Residential and Commercial Requests

Pressure Pro Washing may review residential and commercial requests based on property type, project size, access, equipment, scheduling, and scope. No request is guaranteed to be accepted.

Recurring or Seasonal Service

Recurring, seasonal, quarterly, or custom schedules are requests and remain subject to availability, scope review, and confirmation. These are not memberships or guaranteed plans.
